Job Opportunity: Deputy Assistant Director (Coordination) - NTL (Contractual)

About the Role

NADRA is looking for a Deputy Assistant Director (Coordination) to oversee franchise operations, ensure compliance, and drive coordination between stakeholders. If you have the required experience and skills, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Must have 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee and manage franchise operations within the region.
✔ Ensure smooth functioning, compliance, and operational support for franchisees.
✔ Coordinate with key clients and relevant stakeholders for onboarding new franchisees and corporate clients.
✔ Monitor franchise performance based on key operational and financial metrics.
✔ Identify areas for improvement in operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
✔ Work closely with internal and external teams to execute new initiatives and projects.
✔ Address operational challenges and align strategies with business goals.

Terms & Conditions

  • The position is contract-based for 3 years, with a 6-month probation period.

  • NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.

  • Providing false information will lead to disqualification.

  • Selected candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate and a Character Certificate.

  • Government/Semi-Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.

  • Attested degrees from HEC must be presented at the interview.

  • Women, minorities, transgender individuals, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Electronic devices, including mobile phones and smartwatches, are not allowed during the test/interview.
